ABOUT SARTORIA HEALTH
Whole-person wellbeing
rooted in real life
This work brings together growing, lifestyle medicine, and practical systems that support long-term wellbeing.

This work developed at the intersection
of growing and whole-person wellbeing
My background includes urban gardening, local food policy, and clinical work supporting patients managing complex conditions, particularly diabetes.
Across these settings, a consistent gap appeared between what people are told to do, the time they are able to spend with their healthcare team, and what they are realistically able to sustain independently without support.
The farmstead addresses this through plants and goods that support long-term, resilient home-scale systems.
Sartoria Health applies the pillars of lifestyle medicine in a way that accounts for daily life, existing constraints, and the need for individualized approaches.
A holistic view of wellbeing includes not just the individual, but their environment, habits, and patterns over time. That is the foundation of this work.
The Foundation of This Work
Whole-Person Wellbeing
Health is shaped not only by individual choices, but by environment, routines, and long-term patterns of living.
Practical Sustainability
The focus is on approaches that people can realistically maintain within the limits and demands of daily life.
Individualized Approach
Every person lives within different constraints and circumstances, so solutions must be adaptable rather than standardized.
Home-Scale Resilience
Plants, goods, and systems are designed to support resilient and sustainable living at the household level.
How I Work
This work is grounded in observation, practical experience, and an understanding that sustainable wellbeing requires systems that adapt to real life.
A Holistic View of Wellbeing
A holistic view of wellbeing includes not just the individual, but their environment, habits, and patterns over time.
That is the foundation of this work.
